Corporate Offices

First Innovations' and First Guard's corporate offices are located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country in Northwest Austin, overlooking Austin's landmark Loop 360 Bridge over Lake Austin just 15 minutes from downtown Austin. First Innovations/First Guard conducts the majority of its administration from these offices with a highly qualified and well staffed operation. In addition, First Innovations conducts monthly training and seminars in its state of the art training center complete with computer electronics, graphics, video, internet, cable access, and role playing rooms and recording.

In addition, First Guard's vehicle service contract claims administration offices are located in Bedford, Texas (Ft Worth area).  Our vsc claims administration is staffed by ASE certified claims adjusters and supervisors, with complete high level technology for online submissions and approval capabilities with over 20 years of claims administration experience.
